Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. It is a guided practice of non-doing where you journey from the gross to the subtle and come home to your true nature. In this state of consciousness, you are able to access and shift the unconscious beliefs that drive your thoughts, actions, and behaviors.

If you find yourself overwhelmed by life, Yoga Nidra can support; I know it has changed my life from the inside out. Through consistent engagement with Yoga Nidra, I have learned to slow down; to receive the nourishment of rest; to anchor in my deepest truth amidst the changing, material world. There is more of me present than ever before.

Although often talked about as a practice of deep relaxation, Yoga Nidra is more than that: it’s a practice that invites you to reclaim your wholeness through rest and steep in the mystical, intangible is-ness of your existence. Yoga Nidra is a sacred practice that reveals powerful teachings to self through self; it is both the remembrance & the return.

I offer community, in-person Yoga Nidra Yoga Durango (see below). Additionally, I offer workshops at Pause Fitness and Nutrition.
