Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. It is an effortless, guided practice of non-doing where you journey from the gross to the subtle and release all that isn’t to come home to all that is. In this state of consciousness, you are able to access and rewrite the unconscious beliefs that drive your thoughts, actions, and behaviors.
If you find yourself constantly overwhelmed by life, Yoga Nidra can support - I know it has changed my life from the inside out. Through consistent engagement with Yoga Nidra, I have expanded my capacity, accessed deep wisdom, and learned to receive rest. There is more of me present in each moment.
Although often talked about as a practice of deep relaxation, Yoga Nidra is more than that: it’s a practice that invites you to reclaim your wholeness through rest and steep in the mystical, intangible is-ness of your existence. Yoga Nidra is a sacred practice that reveals powerful teachings to self through self; it is both the remembering & the return.
I offer community, in-person Yoga Nidra Yoga Durango (see below). Additionally, I offer workshops at Pause Fitness and Nutrition.

Climate Support Groups
Climate Support Groups are rooted in connection and community. These containers offer a grounded space to connect with others who are feeling the weight of these times. These gatherings are not about “fixing” what is unfolding; rather, they’re an opportunity to be witnessed in your experience and to greet the uncertain future from a place of connection - to self, community, and mother earth. All bodies, genders, and feelings are welcome.
