Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. It is a guided practice of non-doing where you journey from the gross to the subtle and come home to your true nature. In this state of consciousness, you are able to:
access and shift the unconscious beliefs that drive your thoughts, actions, and behaviors
receive the wisdom of rest
expand your capacity to be with ALL of yourself & life
downshift from doing to being
remember your true nature
If you find yourself overwhelmed by life, Yoga Nidra can support; I know it has changed my life from the inside out. Through consistent engagement with Yoga Nidra, I have learned to slow down; to receive the nourishment of rest; to anchor in my deepest truth amidst the changing, material world. There is more of me present than ever before.
Although often talked about as a practice of deep relaxation, Yoga Nidra is more than that: it’s a practice that invites you to reclaim your wholeness through rest and steep in the mystical, intangible is-ness of your existence. Yoga Nidra is a sacred practice that reveals powerful teachings to self through self; it is both the remembrance & the return.
I offer community, in-person Yoga Nidra at Yoga Durango. Additionally, I facilitate monthly classes at Pause Fitness and Nutrition.
For those wanting a more personalized Yoga Nidra experience, please reach out to hannah@earthfeltbeings.com to discuss customized offerings. This is a wonderful option for anyone wanting to receive rest and attunement in a one-on-one setting. (Small group privates are also available.)
Climate Support Groups
Climate Support Groups are rooted in connection and community. These containers offer a grounded space to connect with others who are feeling the weight of these times. These gatherings are not about “fixing” what is unfolding; rather, they’re an opportunity to be witnessed in your experience and to greet the uncertain future from a place of connection - to self, community, and mother earth. All bodies, genders, and feelings are welcome.
