what happens without

happens within

one-on-one work may be a good fit for you if you are…

longing to deepen your capacity to be with all that is unfolding; if you trust your intrinsic wisdom but need support in fully inhabiting your soul’s magic; if you feel called to be witnessed and held in the depths of your experience; if you are longing for more meaningful relationship with Self, stillness, and earth; or if you simply feel resonance with earthfelt as a way of being. (you are more than welcome to reach out even if you do not resonate with the previous statements.)

think cross-disciplinary holistic mentorship rooted in the ever-evolving nature of your life. this offering is grounded in the rhythms of the natural world and as such, isn’t to be rushed. over our time together, we focus on four stages: resourcing, feeling, remembering, and coming home.

(earthfelt 1:1 work feels like warm soup and a spicy cup of ginger tea.)

one-on-one offerings

  • these 75-minute sessions are designed to support you in accessing and inhabiting your true nature. after a 30-minute drop in, i customize a 45-minute yoga nidra practice that honors where you are at in your journey. the practice is recorded and sent to you.

clients say “being guided by hannah completely shifted and deepened my understanding of the practice and of the state of being that is Yoga Nidra. she helped me to access the deep and transformational benefits.”

    sliding scale: $125-$150

  • for those experiencing climate grief, the awareness that we have lost our connection to the more-than-human world, or simply those longing for coherence between the inner and outer worlds. this work is about remembering what it means to be fully human and to move from that place with embodied reverence for mother earth.

  • the mentoring container is unique. not therapy, not coaching, not fixing anything; rather, this space is about being witnessed and reflected so that you remember the answers you seek are within.

whether you are navigating life transitions, longing to reconnect to your intuition, or feeling like there’s something “more” but you’re not sure what that is… mentorship offers a space to BE in process. sometimes slow, sometimes spicy, always supportive, one-on-one mentorship meets you where you’re at.

for life is short, and then we die. it’s time to come alive.

i believe that there is no philosophy, teacher or lineage that will teach us more about the lessons we are meant to learn than life herself; i believe the key is remembering how to interpret the language of life, love, and grief.

how we do interpret these mystical languages? in part by slowing down, steeping in spaciousness, and tending to our relationship with the more-than-human beings.

what happens without happens within: as we have turned away from ways of being once rooted in sacred reciprocity & attempted to conquer the more-than-human world to meet our egocentric needs, we have disconnected from the wild roots of our inner landscape. these roots tether us to our true nature, one filled with reverence and awe for the world around us and within us.

we need our wild roots more than ever.

by exploring our humanity alongside the ever present more-than-human world, we remember how to experience beyond the structures of social conditioning and reengage with our sacred interdependence with the natural world (of which we are). as we re-awaken to this wisdom, we begin the journey of coming home to our place within the web of life wherein we embody our soul’s purpose and come alive.

i'd love to hear from you.

“what shape waits in the seed of you to grow and spread its branches against a future sky?”
